The projected capacity of 5 million tons of coke, planed to complete in 4 phases. In the first 2 phases, has set up 3 single-heating stamp-charging coke ovens each with height of 4.3 meters and 60 openings and 2 multi-heating stamp-charging coke ovens each with height of 5.5 meters and 55 openings, annual output of coke:2.3 million tons; in the third phase, 2 multi-heating stamp-charging coke ovens each with height of 5.5 meters and 65 openings will complete, capacity will be 1.3 million tons, one out of the two ovens was in operation in March, 2010, another will be in operation in May, 2010; at that time, the company's capacity will reach capacity of 3.6 million tons; the 4th phase of this project will begin in September,2010, thus, till 2011, the company's capacity will reach 5 million tons of coke.

In 2009, the company produce 2.29 million tons of coke, municipal gas was 400 million cu.m, 4.636 yuan in revenue, profits and tax 314 million yuan, tax contribution 139 million yuan.

The company focuses on technological improvement and innovation, the latest 6 coke ovens with height of 5.5 and 6.25 meters designed by Anshan Refractory Consulting Institute, are with most advanced technology in China and automatic equipments. The automatic coal blending system secures the accuracy of coal blending, while holding other application such as PLC automatic control of belt conveyer system, integrated air pipe system control, 5 cart connecting to lock systems and DCS system for chemical production. The company invested more than 20 million yuan annually in technological innovation.

The company carries out scientific developmental outlook, focusing on environmental protection and safety by saving energy and reducing emission. Its daily capacity of waste water treatment is more than 2.5 thousand tons, in so doing, all waster water can be re-used; its ground dust station can handle dust from when loading coal into the oven to the time when coke coming out of the oven; it has set up a wall for blocking wind and constraining dust; also dust bags are put in the places such as grinding machines and sample-making room where heavy dust created.

The company's project is listed as key construction projects supported by Hebei Province, it is basis of Xingtai Coal Chemical Circular Economic Development Park that is affiliated to Risun Group. It is playing a big role in Xingtai Baili Industrial Park.
