According to a semi-annual report disclosed by Nanjing Steel on the evening of August 26, the company released operating income of 24.095 billion yuan in the first half of 2019, up 11.44% on a yearly basis. Net profit during this period totaled 1.841 billion yuan, down 19.56% year over year. It is learned that both the crude steel output and steel products output of the company hit a record high.
