Shandong province, on 26 October, released the Announcement on Conducting Production Limitation During 2018-2019 Autumn-Winter. The major requirements are:
1 Major coverage: building materials, coking, foundry, non-ferrous, chemical, steel industries in Jinan, Zibo city, Jining city, Dezhou city, Liaocheng city, Binzhou city, Heze city.
2 The limitation duration: from 15 November 2018 to 15 March 2019. The duration could be shortened in line with local air condition and target accomplishment, but should not be less than two months (December 2018 and January 2019 must be included).
3 Enterprises which have met the environmental protection target could not arrange the reduction during the time.
