The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) decided to extend the anti-dumping duty on the imports of cold-rolled stainless steel seamless pipe from China and Malaysia for another 5 years.
Actually, the EEC initially decided to impose the duty on China only. However, Chinese stainless steel seamless pipes were exported to the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) through Malaysia, according to the results of investigation. Therefore, the EEC decided to impose the same anti-dumping duties on Malaysia.
