It was reported recently that Hebei Province realized new progress in supply-side structural reform since the year 2018.
In accordance with Three-year Action Plan and “432511” Project, Hebei Province cut 12.299 million tons steelmaking capacity, 10.87 million tons ironmaking capacity and 14.01 million tons coke in the whole year 2018, finishing annual task. And also “zombie” steel enterprises were cleaned out.
