After ending its heavy pollution weather grade II emergency response on 31 December 2018, Tangshan City will go through pollution with different degree due to bad weather condition again. Accordingly, Tangshan re-starts up grade II response during 17 January 2019 to 19 January 2019. If there is any extension, further notice.
For steel industry:
Mills belong to A Class and locate out of Tangshan City (including County and District), their sintering machines are shut down 30%, while mills belong to A Class and locate in Tangshan City (including County and District), and their sintering machines are shut down 40%; Mills belong to B Class, their sintering machines are shut down 50%; mills belong to C Class, their sintering machines are shut down 60%; mills belong to D Class, their sintering machines are all shut down.
Each enterprise shall report their sintering machines production plan to the governments and City Environmental Protection Command Center before 4 p.m. on 17 January 2019. Once being recorded, no adjustment shall be changed.
