According to the local government of Tangshan city, the city has released notice for soliciting opinions on the implementation of production restriction in key industries of Tangshan city during the second and the third quarters of 2019.

The scheme will be implemented in two stages.

Stage I (March 1-31, 2019)

Industries involved in the production restriction include steel industry, coking industry, cement industry, casting industry, flat glass industry and rubber industry.

Stage II (April 1-September 30, 2019)

Upwind area and urban area will be involved in the production restriction.
