Findings:
1. The CRC capacity utilization at 29 Chinese steel mills that
represents 64 production lines was 92.19% in week ending March 7, 2019,
down 1.32% from last survey.
2. In terms of production lines, running production lines was 59 out of
total 64, meaning operating rate was 92.19%, down 1.32% from last
survey.
3. In terms of CRC capacity, running capacity was 79.84 million tons out
of 84.94 million tons, making capacity utilization of 94%, down 0.41%
from last survey.
4. CRC daily production for this week was 159,600 tons, down 200 tons
from last survey.
