In March, Fangda Special Steel's hot metal consumption declined 16.277 kg/t, and metallics consumption declined 5.30 kg/t. The mill produced 343192.749 tons, 100.06 percent of the monthly target.
The mill, in order to generate more crude steel, includes the metallics consumption into the working evaluation. Coordination is conducted to deliver the hot metal timely, which reduces the thermal volume loss of hot metal. Meanwhile, the scrap charge is adjusted in each converter, in a bid to realize the balanced scrap and hot metal share.
What's more, the mill lowers oxygen blowing time and metal loss during blowing process via guaranteeing alloy baking time and speeding up ladle transferring.
