Russian Nornickel, global largest refined nickel and palladium manufacturer, issues the Report that its integrated nickel output reached 218,777 tons in 2018, up 1% on year. Among them, nickel output from Russia increased by 3% to 216,856 tons, exceeding the 2018 target.
The Report points out that integrated nickel output is 61977 tons in the fourth quarter, up 16% on year. The reason for output increase is nickel carbonyl capacity expansion in Kola MMC and output increase of nickel concentrates sold to the third party.
In 2019, Nornickel sets nickel output target in Russia with 220,000-225,000 tons.
