Summary of Speech

The original iron ore futures delivery method is based on the premiums and discounts of quality, and it is difficult to further improve the delivery quality and price representation. Therefore, Dalian Commodity Exchange plans to introduce brand delivery and premiums between the brands to reflect influential factors except grade. Guo introduced the rules for the promotion of brand delivery in details, the method of certifying brands and the litigation plan for brand disputes. Dalian Commodity Exchange will continue to demonstrate and practice the brand delivery plan, which is expected to be officially launched in June or July of 2019.
