It was reported that Turkey and the US' discussions will be focused on removing the additional customs duties on iron-steel products and also reach the trade target.
Turkey hoped that Turkey will be exempted from customs measures for the automotive industry. The mutual discussions were also stressed on strengthening Turkish-American trade relations and reach the target trading volumes of US$75 billion.
The meeting also discussed about supporting a new vision to establish specialized free zones and provide tax incentives. The above discussions between Turkey and the US were very constructive for mutual trading purpose.
