Anyuan ironmaking plant of PingAn Steel fully implements the precise management since early 2019 and provides blast furnaces with premium and sufficient sintered ore, with the 'Changing, Doing, Materializing' concept.
The plant strengthens the information delivery and timely knows the raw materials arrivals and quality, blast furnace operation status as well. It optimizes the 90m2 and 180m2 sintering mills' production technology and operating parameters, enhancing the quality of sintered ore, maximizing the economic benefits and minimizing the production cost.
In the first quarter of 2019, the co-efficiency of 90m2 and 180m2 sintering mills was 1.77 and 1.75. Equipment working rate was 93.24 percent and 95.32 percent. Qualification rate of tumbler strength of sintered ore was 97+ percent. The average daily sintered ore production was 14636 tons, hitting record high.
