According to SteelHome survey, major steel products on Guangzhou market saw increase today.

I Long products

Price for rebar and wire rod increased by 10-20 yuan per tonne. Φ8mm HPB300 wire rod produced by Shaoguan Steel was offered at 4,280 yuan (US$ 620) per tonne. Φ18-25mm HRB400 rebar produced by Shaoguan Steel, Xiangtan Steel and Guangzhou Steel were offered at 4,180-4,240 yuan (US$ 606-615) per tonne.

Price for section products remained unchanged. 50*5mmQ235 angle steel produced by Jifeng Steel was offered at 4,180 yuan (US$ 606) per tonne. 25#AQ235 I-Steel produced by Rizhao Steel was offered at 4,070 yuan (US$ 590) per tonne.

II Flat products

Price for medium plate kept flat. 16-20mm*2000Q235 medium plate was traded at 4,180-4,300 yuan (US$ 606-623) per tonne.

Price for hot-rolled coil rose by 10 yuan per tonne. Medium-sized HRC was heard to be offered at 3,970-4,020 yuan (US$ 575-583) per tonne.

Price for cold-rolled coil increased by 10 yuan per tonne. 1.0mm*1250 SPCC CRC produced by Liuzhou Steel, Benxi Steel, Masteel and Ansteel were offered at 4,360-4,410 yuan (US$ 632-639) per tonne.
