It was reported that on July 25th, 2019, the European Commission announced the final ruling of first anti-dumping sunset review on threaded tube or pipe cast fittings of malleable cast iron and spheroidal graphite cast iron produced in China and Thailand.
If the current anti-dumping measures were abolished, the damage caused by the imports of the products in the EU domestic industry will continue or reoccur, so it was decided to continue to impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved.
The EU Combined Nomenclature (CN) of the products were coded ex 73071910 (TARIC code 7307191010) and ex 73071990 (TARIC code 7307199010).
The anti-dumping duty on Chinese enterprises was 24.6%~57.8%, and that for Thailand enterprises was 14.9%~15.5%.
