He Wenbo, Deputy Chairman of CISA, expressed on 10th Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Forum 2019 that crude steel production increased by 3744 tons or 10.2% on year in the first five months of 2019. Particularly, 98% new-added crude steel production went to domestic steel consumption, among which two thirds met the demand of construction sector.
In fact, continuous growth of steel demand is slurred by continuous infrastructure construction investment; instead, flourish development of China steel industry meets the steel supply for construction when China develops national economy.
