Recently, Fangda Special Steel has issued various measures to improve production quality, and finally, II steel in June was decreased by 68.11% from May, which created the best record in this year.
II steel is a kind of rebar whose chemical composition exceeds inner quality standard within a range. To provide standard production for the next procedure and lower quality risk, Fangda Special Steel organized technicians to research, then reduced the amounts of class II steel’s furnaces to the utmost. Meanwhile, they also pay attention to the training of steelmakers to improve their skills of desulfurization and dephosphorization. At last, the control of sulphur and phosphorus was improved.
