On the evening of July 29, the board of directors of Baosteel passed a resolution regarding the establishment of Baosteel Yancheng Steel. It is learned that Yancheng Steel Company is solely invested by Baosteel with a registered capital of 500 million yuan. The registered capital of 500 million yuan will be used for the preliminary work of the overall feasibility plan study, land survey, energy assessment and environmental assessment.
