Scrap price in Hebei province softens on Thursday.
Then 6-10mm HMS2 in Tangshan is stable at 2740 yuan/t.
Meanwhile, some scrap sellers are positive for the further market development, since the prices of billet and finished products turn to a bright side. The majority, however, are pessimistic about the further market development, since the price of scrap from Shagang Group has declined by 30 yuan/t since yesterday.
