Scrap price in Liaoning province softens on Friday.
Then 6-10mm HMS2 in Chaoyang district keeps stable at 2720 yuan/t. In Benxi, 6-10mm HMS2 is stable at 2750 yuan/t. In Fushun, 6-10mm HMS2 is stable at 2660 yuan/t.
Meanwhile, affected by the rising scrap price in nearby steelmakers, scarp sellers in Liaoning province are waiting for a rise in scrap price, since the tight scrap supply on the overall market. For steelmakers, however, they are inactive in raising scrap purchase price because of the finished products still fluctuating at a low level.
