Scrap price in Liaoning province softens on Wednesday.
Then 6-10mm HMS2 in Chaoyang district keeps at the price of 2770 yuan/t. In Benxi, 6-10mm HMS2 softens at 2750 yuan/t. In Fushun, 6-10mm HMS2 is stable at the price 2660 yuan/t.
Meanwhile, some steel mills raised the quotation of scrap products in order to increase the inventories. It is, however, hard for the scrap price to keep rising, since it has hit the high level already.
