According to the statistics of Shanxi Provincial Bureau of Statistics, due to the market demand, the production of raw coal in Linfen maintained steady growth since 2019.
From January to July, the output of raw coal in Linfen was 36.27 million tons, an increase of 3.22% on year.
In January-February, raw coal output decreased by 18.6% on year; coal production began to recover in March, up 20.5%on year; in April, May and June, growth rate stabilized at around 8%; in July, raw coal output was 5.7471 million tons, an increase of 10.69% on year.
In July, the growth rate of raw coal in counties saw ups and downs. Among them, Xiangning County and Puxian produced 1.3915 million tons and 1.1719 million tons of raw coal, up 21.71% and 21.41% respectively, driving the city's raw coal growth by 8.7 percentage points.
