According to the report, Iranian Khouzestan Steel Company (KSC) became the biggest steel exporter in Iran in the first five months of this fiscal year (from March 21st to August 22nd).
During this period, KSC totally exported around 888,000 ton of steel. In the fifth month (July 23rd to August 22nd), KSC exported about 175,000 tons of steel.
Based on the latest data from Iranian Mines & Mining Industries Development & Renovation (IMIDRO), the total export volume of KSC in the five months dropped by 20% from the same period last year, while the export volume in the fifth month increased by 15% year on year.
