According to the website of the people’s government of Ejin Horo Banner, Inner Mongolia, Ejin Horo Banner totally produced 15.2 million ton of raw coal, up 9% on year. Among them, Shendong Company produced 6.59 million tons of raw coal, a decrease of 420,000 tons or 6% on year; local coal mines produced 8.61 million tons of raw coal, up 24% on year.
In Jan-Aug, the whole banner produced 119 million tons of raw coal totally, down 1% on year. Among them, Shendong Company produced 51.29 million tons of raw coal, an increase of 0.1% on year; local coal mines produced 67.6 million tons of raw coal, down 2% on year.
In August, the whole banner sold 14.88 million tons of raw coal totally, up 9% on year. Among them, Shendong Company sold 6.59 million tons of raw coal, down 6% on year; local coal mines sold 8.29 million tons of raw coal, up 26% on year.
From Jan-Aug, the whole banner sold 116 million tons of raw coal totally, down 1% on year. Among them, Shendong Company sold 51.29 million tons of raw coal, up 0.1% on year; local coal mines sold 64.54 million tons of raw coal, down 2% on year.
By the end of August, the average coal price of Ejin Horo Banner was about 323 yuan/t, down 10 yuan/t over the same period last year, a decrease of 3% on year.
Among them, lump coal was 346 yuan/t, flat from the same period of last year; the average price of raw coal was 307 yuan/t, up 28 yuan/t or 10% on year; pulverized coal was 317 yuan/t, down 24 yuan/t over the same period of last year, down 7% on year.
