China Shenhua announced on October 18th that China Shenhua's commercial coal output in September 2019 was 21 million tons, down 12.9% on year and 10.26% on month. Sales volume of coal in Shenhua was 37 million tons, down 5.9% on year and fell by 3.39% on month.
From January to September 2019, the cumulative output of China Shenhua commercial coal was 214.1 million tons, down 2.7% on year; the cumulative sales volume of coal was 331.7 million tons, down 2.4% on year.
In September 2019, China Shenhua Port launched 24.1 million tons of coal, a decrease of 0.8% on year and up 6.17% from the previous month.
Among them, Huanghua Port launched 16.2 million tons of coal, down 10% on year and up 1.25% on month. Shenhua Tianjin Coal Terminal launched 4.4 million tons of coal, up 12.8% on a yearly basis and up 7.32% on month.
From January to September 2019, Shenhua port launched 199.4 million tons of coal, up 0.2% compared with the same period of last year. Huanghua Port launched 140.2 million tons of coal, down 1.8% on year. Shenhua Tianjin Coal Terminal launched 33.4 million tons of coal, down 1.2% from the same period of last year.
In addition, in September 2019, China Shenhua generated 10.71 billion kWh of electricity, down 54.1% on year; cumulative total power generation from January to September was 116.65 billion kWh, down 45.4% on year.
