On April 1, 2020, price of standard I grade metcoke quoted by port
traders stabilizes at 1730 yuan/t (in cash, picked up by buyers), and
traders are reluctant to selling metcoke at a lower price.
Due to the plunge in futures market, traders showed low procurement
interest. Most of them took a wait and see attitude and focused on
delivery.
FOB price of standard I grade metcoke quoted by coking plants keeps
unchanged at 1820-1840 yuan/t (bank acceptance), and that of I grade
metcoke (CSR65) maintained stable at 1940 yuan/t.
