Prices of scrap remain broadly
stable in East China on Thursday. 6-10mm HMS stays at 2680-2730 yuan/t
in Jiangsu; 2640-2690 yuan/t in Shandong; 2660-2710 yuan/t in Fujian;
2650-2700 yuan/t in Anhui.
Traders are pessimistic about
the further market developments as the scrap price dropped in some areas
of China early this week, being active in sales. Meanwhile, the steel
price trend should be paid more attention to.
SteelHome considers that prices
of iron ore may keep stable in most areas in the short run.
