Ukraine Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade (ICIT) announced on September 4 to revise the final anti-dumping (AD) decision made on May 22, 2020 on imported steel seamless hot-deformed pipes, under UKTZED (Ukrainian Commodity Coding System) 7304 23 00 00, 7304 19, 7304 29, 7304 29 30 00, 7304 29 90 00, 7304 39, and 7304 59, deciding not to impose this AD duty on Chinese manufacturers/exporters who have offered voluntary price commitments.
The duty suspension will last for three years from the date when the No.444/2020/4411-03 decision put into force on May 22, 2020.
Companies that have reached price commitments include Tianjin Pipe Corporation (Tianjin Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Tianjin Pipe International Economic & Trading Corporation, Tianjin Pipe Steel Trading Co., Ltd.), DP-Master Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and Shanxi Fenglei Drilling Tools Co., Ltd.
