The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) of Vietnam made a final ruling of anti-dumping (AD) review on H-beam originating in China, deciding to maintain the 19.30%-29.17% AD duty on the subject products, under HS codes 7216.33.11, 7216.33.19, 7216.33.90, 722.70.10, and 722.70.90, with the validity from October 25, 2020 to September 5, 2022.
The original investigation on H-beam from China (including Hong Kong) was based on the complaint filed by POSCO SS VINA (PSSV) on July 7, 2016.
