Tonghua Steel Company, located in Northeast China, has officially launched a mobile application of blast furnace curve. The APP signals a new step for the company in intelligence development.
The APP could reflect the technical curve and operation data of No.2 and No.3 blast furnace of the company.
The project was initiated in early March when the company organized the working group for conducting the investigation, research and development and testing. With two months efforts, the APP is completely developed.
BF information share, data collection, curve information of No.2 and No.3 BFs could be clearly displayed and timely updated via the APP. Data include cold air input, hot stove pressure, permeability index, pressure spread, hot stove temperature, oven top temperature etc., which reflects BF's operation status and tendency.
