It was reported that on July 17, 2020, the European Commission issued an announcement that it decided to terminate the absorption reinvestigation on cast iron articles originating in China and not implement anti-absorption measures.
The European Combined Nomenclature (CN) codes of the involved products are ex 7325 10 00 (TARIC code 7325 10 00 31) and ex 7325 99 90 (TARIC code 7325 99 90 80).
On January 30, 2018, the European Commission made a positive final anti-dumping ruling on cast iron articles originating in or imported from China, and decided to impose anti-dumping duties on Chinese products involved with a tax rate of 15.5%-38.1%.
