On September 3, 2021, the
Indonesian Anti Dumping Commission announced that it had made a positive
and final anti-dumping determination on the hot rolled coil of other
alloy steel (HRC alloy) originating in China, and proposed to impose an
anti-dumping duty of 7.2% ~ 50.2% on the products involved original in
China (see the table below for details), which is valid for 5 years, and
the measures will take effect from the tax announcement issued by the
Ministry of finance of Indonesia. The products involved are hot-rolled
coils with boron content of 0.0008% ~ 0.003% and/or titanium content of
less than or equal to 0.025%, involved products under Indonesian tax No.
ex7225.30.90.
On March 9, 2020, the
Indonesian Anti Dumping Commission issued an announcement to launch an
anti-dumping investigation on hot-rolled steel coils originating in
China.
