According to data from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), in the first four months, Turkey’s exports of semi-finished steel products were about 310,000 tons, decreasing by 5% year on year. The export value was about US$222 million, growing by 38% compared to the same period of last year.
Among them, the exports to Morocco totaled around 266,000 tons, increasing by two times year on year, followed by Egypt's 25,000 tons.
